It is critical to say that WE ARE NOT AMAZON. We are not a huge company.
We ship on Wednesday at noon each week. That means, if you make an order on Tuesday, it will ship the next day. If you make an order on Wednesday before noon, it will probably go out that day. If you make an order on Thursday, it will ship on the next Wednesday.

For international orders, we also ship USPS. This does not include tracking and generally takes 6-10 days. We can totally rush things but it is definitely pricey. But if you are in a bind, let's figure it out! Please also note that last minute shipping dates do not apply to international orders. So plan ahead! Let's work together and get those gifts out to you sooner than later.
Also, please note we have no control over import charges. We don't know what they will be and do not collect so please look into charges that your country may apply.
Lastly, very rarely, USPS has delays or losses. Please realize that's once the package leaves us, we have absolutely no control over it. We cannot be held responsible for the delays and losses out of our hands. That's being said, of course we want you to get your goods so don't hesitate to contact us and we will try all we can on our end. Just know that we usually have no more info than you as far as tracking beyond what we have sent you.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 2 weeks have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Right? It's the right thing to do. We want it to go to someone who will love it and if you've worn it to the skate park, we can't send it to them.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Book with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
We want you to love these garments, and that includes the fit! Please please please look at the sizing charts. That will save a lot of heartache. We all know how annoying it is to receive an item you are psyched about and then have to exchange the size. That being said, shoot us an email at email@example.com with your order number. We can send you a pre-paid shipping label and you can send it back to us. Once we receive, we will send your new size out!
Also, please note that we cannot cover shipping (return or new size) for international orders. We are more than happy to send out a new size to you but you will need to cover shipping. We can invoice you for exact shipping for sending the new size out.

Please include the packing slip if at all possible, if not we minimally need your order number and email.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that in the case of a refund, you are responsible for return postage.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
