SHIPPING:

We ship USPS Priority mail, which is almost always 2 day and includes tracking. Need it sooner? We will try our best! Send us an email at tosanknowsbest@gmail.com. This can happen before or after you place your order but please know that there is no guarantee we will be able to get something there overnight so take that into consideration. 

For international orders, we also ship USPS.  This does not include tracking and generally takes 6-10 days.  We can totally rush things but it is definitely pricey. But if you are in a bind, let's figure it out! Please also note that last minute shipping dates do not apply to international orders.  So plan ahead! Let's work together and get those gifts out to you sooner than later.

Also, please note we have control over import charges. We don't know what they will be and do not collect so please look into charges that your country may apply.

SIZING:
We try and add sizing to each individual garment so take a look there. If you still have questions, please contact us at tosanknowsbest@gmail.com

RETURNS:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Right? It's the right thing to do. We want it to go to someone who will love it and if you've worn it to the skate park, we can't send it to them.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Book with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

EXCHANGES:
We want you to love these garments, and that includes the fit!  Please please please look at the sizing charts.  That will save a lot of heartache.  We all know how annoying it is to receive an item you are psyched about and then have to exchange the size. That being said, shoot us an email at tosanknowsbest@gmail.com with your order number.  We can send you a pre-paid shipping label and you can send it back to us.  Once we receive, we will send your new size out!

REFUNDS:
We hate to think that you will ever want to return something but it happens!  Shoot us an email to tosanknowsbest@gmail.com with your order number.  You can return to:

Please include the packing slip if at all possible, if not we minimally need your order number and email.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that in the case of a refund, you are responsible for return postage. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at tosanknowsbest@gmail.com.

SALE ITEMS:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
