 Are you really closing Tosan?

Yes! It has been an amazing 7 years of learning and growing and mistakes and triumphs. Tosan has run its course we are closing out remaining inventory. But don't fear! We have a really exciting project we are working on and can't wait to show you. Please stay tuned on IG @tosanknowsbest

What does that mean??

It means everything is on sale for at least 40% off. That also means everything is final sale. Unfortunately due to dwindling inventory, we cannot do exchanges or refund any orders.

I bought something last week when it wasn't on sale. Can you adjust it?

Everything purchased before the sale has been shipped. We can't retroactively apply the sale price.

SHIPPING:

It is critical to say that WE ARE NOT AMAZON. We are not a huge company.

During these final days and in prep for Father's Day, we will try and ship every day. If you purchased during Memorial Day weekend, we will ship everything by or before Wednesday June 2.

For international orders, we also ship USPS.  This does not include tracking and generally takes 6-10 days.  We can totally rush things but it is definitely pricey. But if you are in a bind, let's figure it out! Please also note that last minute shipping dates do not apply to international orders.  So plan ahead! Let's work together and get those gifts out to you sooner than later.

Also, please note we have no control over import charges. We don't know what they will be and do not collect so please look into charges that your country may apply.

Lastly, very rarely, USPS has delays or losses. Please realize that's once the package leaves us, we have absolutely no control over it. We cannot be held responsible for the delays and losses out of our hands. That's being said, of course we want you to get your goods so don't hesitate to contact us and we will try all we can on our end. Just know that we usually have no more info than you as far as tracking beyond what we have sent you. 

SIZING:

RETURNS:

As we are closing out, there are no returns.

EXCHANGES:

As we are closing out, there are not exchanges.


REFUNDS:

I bet you can guess this one. But as we are closing out, there are not refunds.


SALE ITEMS:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
